The Great Pumpkin

Halloween around our house has been minimal this year. I didn't even pull out the decor! Things have just been too crazy with a newborn and a 2 yr old. But we still managed to fit in a little time for the pumpkin patch and some good 'ole pumpkin carving. Tomorrow we are going to hit Boo HaHa (a local tradition down in Brookside) so Jordyn can wear her costume. She is an angel this year, which is so representative of her personality (most of the time)!

Nana and Pops came along to the pumpkin patch. What a great family!

Checkin out the animals! But she didn't want to get too close.

Our attempt at a family photo. Hudson wasn't too thrilled!

Then it was time to carve pumpkins. As the pictures progress you will notice that Jordyn loses interest after only cutting 1 of the eyes and moves on to better things! Leaving Daddy to finish up the pumpkin.

So we moved on to painting the small pumpkins and made a huge mess! But she had a blast and that's all that counts.

Wish we could have gone with you to the Pumpkin Patch. I love the picture of Jon carving the pumpkin with Jordyn in her car in the background, that cracks me up. Great pictures!
