Project nursery is underway. The guest bedroom furniture has been moved out, the room got painted last weekend, and the furniture is going to be moved in this weekend. It's been a group effort and we thank everyone who has helped so far! Last weekend my great-uncle Sonny helped Jon slap on the paint job. And it only took a little twisting of the arm and some Arby's to convince them to do it. Tomorrow the carpet cleaners are going to stretch the carpet and give our floors a makeover. And then it is time to "move in the furniture" as Ty Pennington would say.
The nursery isn't going to be too extravagant, but I think it will be homey and welcoming for our little boy. I will be posting more pics as we pull it together, but here is a little sneak peak into the color. Correction: colorS. Because we did a two-toned room.

i LOVE THE BLUE!!! it's so calming that i could paint any room in the house that color. it's reminds me of kinsey's room (gender neutral) too.
