Jordyn loves time with her Daddy! Since Jon's surgery, her time with him has been limited because she can't grasp why he can't do everything she wants him to do (like pick her up). Jon has been sentenced to many hours in the bedroom out of her sight. But as each day passes his back is getting stronger and he can do more things. Cooking is one of the few things he can help out with around the house. So in order to incorporate some QT with Jordyn, we pulled out the step stool for her to sit on. She could be on the same level as Daddy and interact with him. Here are the cute photos I captured that night.
Photo tip: I took these around 6 pm (after dark) inside the house with no flash. I was able to accomplish this by using a "fast" lens and cranking up the ISO to about 800. Even if you have a point and shoot you can get this effect by putting your camera in the "P" mode and changing your ISO to a high number.

Jordyn you are the cutest little thing ever!!! How fun to be able to cook with Daddy even when he is unable to pick you up like you are used to. You are so lucky to have such an awesome Mommy and Daddy.

Not just the first photo, but ALL photos! She needs to go to therapy for her addiction!
