It's never too early to start preparing Jordyn to be a professional wakeboarder! So we took her up to the lakehouse on Labor Day weekend. The first night we thought the idea was a total disaster, because she was up screaming till 2 am and we were all stuck in one room together...so that meant no sleep for anyone! But as the weekend went on, she was a good baby and we enlisted family members to take turns staying up with her at night so mommy and daddy got some much needed sleep. On the brighter side, Jordyn did good on the boat and seemed to enjoy being outside on the deck and on the dock. And the weather couldn't have been more perfect.
Jordyn also went to the pediatrician when she was 3 weeks and had gained 1 pound so far. So now she is a little over 8 pounds and growing! She is definitely looking more filled out and looking more like her dad everyday.
